HTOG7,conducted Civil Military Operation at Rizal, Palawan in support to one of the TOG’s thrusts which is “connectivity”. LTC FELIX M BALANZA JR PAF (MNSA), Group Commander, TOG 7 and 2LT EDWARD VIDAD PAF, OIC, Rizal TACP, headed the distribution of trash bins at Tarumpitao Elementary School, Puntabaja Elementary School and Palawan State University-Rizal Campus-all of Rizal, Palawan.
